what is the actual POINT of Jeff Scarritt in 2026?

Look, we just took on a $50-million emergency bridge loan because apparently the company is one bad quarter away from Chapter 11. Cool cool cool. Meanwhile we’re paying this guy a salary that easily clears $150k (probably closer to $200k+ with bonuses) to…...what, exactly? Record a ''rally the troops'' video every quarter that is so clearly a microsoft co-pilot generated script that he’s doing a straight cold read off the his teleprompter app? You can literally see that he is reading from a prompter its reflected in his glasses. The whole thing is shot in that classic ''grandfather who just discovered the front camera'' angle: arm extended, slightly tilted, squinting like he’s trying to read and not lose his place in the text on his phone. The man looks like he’s FaceTiming his grandkids, not motivating the sales force of a billion dollar company that’s currently eating ramen. We’re bleeding cash, laying people off, closing stores, freezing everything…...and this is the leadership content we’re getting? AI scripts reflected in eyeglasses and the energy of someone waking up from anesthesia? Can someone please explain what value Jeffrey actually adds at this point? Because right now it feels like we’re paying premium executive rates for the world’s most expensive AI voice-over actor who can’t even hide the fact that he’s reading robot words. STOP sending us these insulting an ridiculous videos and use the money and time to keep the lights on or drive in a customer or two.

PS if you had an authentic message you believed in you wouldn't NEED a prompter you could just look in the camera and say it from the heart
