Anyone else ever think of how in Saw II, when talking to Jigsaw, Detective Matthews says, "If I don't see my son again, I'm going to rip your head off." then 2 movies later Detective Matthews gets his head ripped off, in a sense, by the 2 ice blocks obliterating it?

Or is that just me?
