You get the fast charger (4th up the tier of Ryobi's 18v chargers, just below the "Rapid Charger"), the 4Ah Edge Battery (usually MSRP of $140, which is quite steep) and the latest model of brushless grinder that's currently on sale for $99 or $129 with a 2Ah HP battery.

For $169 it's a solid deal, especially if you'd like to get a tabless edge battery for those high peak demand activities. The grinder is actually one of the few tools that would truly and noticeably benefit from the Edge Battery.
