Is it possible that Ralsei’s light world form could be a Dnd mini/character that Asriel used once which is why they look similar?

I just was trying to think about why Ralsei has so many connections to Asriel and being a character that Asriel created and played as could explain it. Maybe Kris holds on to them as a keep sake which is why they are in every dark world. We don’t ever learn of them doing something in a dark world when Kris isn’t there do we?
