Chances of getting moral waiver approved?
I’m 23 Years old and want to enlist in the army.. but I have a deferred adjudication for a third degree felony (theft). It happened when I was 19 years old. I wasnt convicted but the army still treats it as guilty. It involved my brother as well. We stole a total amount of $62k which I know is an outrageous amount. It was more of a half and half thing, but even then 30k is a lot. Nothing else on my record
Anyone have an idea of my chances of getting this waiver approved? I take my asvab May 1st and I know I’ll get a good score. Then right after that I will submit a moral waiver packet. I also have an associates degree.
just wanted to see if anyone here has an idea of what my chances look like or how long I should expect the wait time to be
