It’s very nearly 2 am, I go to the hospital at 7 am - I’m first on the list. I’m scared and I wish I felt more ready than I do. I’m gonna try get some sleep. I just wanted to say thanks to all of you who’ve shared your stories and reassured me over the last few weeks, I’m very grateful 🙏.

I have a question, for those unable to take Progesterone with their HRT and also to those that love it: did you ever have Depot Provera for contraception when you were younger?

I had that injection on/off for 20 years and my mental health was volatile but I could sleep so I don’t know how the HRT version might affect me, just wondering if there’s any correlation between those that love it and maybe having the injection before? Here’s hoping 🤞 😅
