Been on 20 mg since sept (briefly went up to 30 mg but it made me super jittery). I can't tell you if its working. Everytime I'm asked if its working, my answer is I sincerely don't know. I don't feel great but would I feel worse if I wasn't on it? How am I supposed to know that? Plus, I hate how tired it makes me.

Anyway, leaving for a week long trip tomorrow and realized I only have a couple pills left. My plan is to just take them until I run out. Last I spoke to my psychiatrist a month ago, they wanted to increase to 30 mg soon to see if that will cause a noticable difference for me. Is it a very bad idea to not tell my psych that I'm stopping cold turkey? will they be mad?
