Hey guys, i have some question regard the battle formation - Tallyband of Nurgle

in which if the plague progenitor does not have the keyword Diseased anymore then if i trigger the Spread by the Blessing of plague father. Does it still work like to whack the enemy around it with D3? or it only if the target still have diseased keyword?
