I recently switched phone and switched the HBL app in my new phone, the app keeps asking now for fingerprint which I have tried like 30 times but it doesn’t accept it over the app and asks to call or visit branch. I know calling is of no use. I visited Pak in May last year and did biometrics in branch that time so it shouldn’t have been expired already.

Anyone know how to resolve this, or any ideas. Please I need the app urgently and it’s necessary.
