Bikeinn (Tradeinn) sent my Hammerhead Karoo to Russia instead of Kazakhstan and Support is gaslighting me with automated replies.
Hi everyone,
I need advice on dealing with Bikeinn (Tradeinn). They sent my Hammerhead Karoo ($365.88) to the wrong country and now refuse to acknowledge the error.
The Issue:
My Address: Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan (Zip: 150000).
Current Location: Yaroslavl, Russia (Zip: 150000).
The shipping system apparently confused the identical zip codes and ignored the country.
The Proof:
I even received an SMS from Russian Post on my Kazakhstan phone number, stating that my package is being processed in Yaroslavl, Russia.
The Support Failure:
I’ve contacted support multiple times. They keep sending automated "How to track your package" tutorials and telling me to "just wait." They completely ignore the fact that the package is in a different country under sanctions, and it will never reach me.
Has anyone dealt with this "identical zip code" error before? Is there any way to reach a human at Tradeinn, or should I just go straight to a chargeback?
