Very disappointing experience with Eight Sleep.

Setup took over 2 hours because of constant errors and resets. After finally getting everything connected and customized, I still felt absolutely no temperature change or cooling effect.

Customer support is also incredibly frustrating — no real phone support, only slow email/live chat responses. I requested a return label and still haven’t heard back.

For such an expensive product, the performance and customer service were unacceptable.
