I’m 20F and completed my BA this year. I’m considering joining HCU for MA Sociology.
My CUET score is 260.
I have a few questions:
1.Can I realistically manage both UPSC preparation and academics together?
2.Will I get good exposure and opportunities to improve socially/confidence-wise at the university?
3.What is the current status/environment of HCU? Most positive reviews I found are old, while recent Reddit opinions seem quite negative.
4.How manageable is the food and hostel situation? My home is around 26 km away, but daily travel would take nearly 3 hours, so commuting isn’t practical. Is it possible to get a hostel allotment quickly.
5.Should I consider Osmania University? I heard attendence is not that strict and I can dedicated proper time for upsc when prelims is near
Any honest suggestions or advice would really help.
