With the buff is slava a better purchase than before?
Hello! I am currently saving up RB points and I’m 200k xp away from having enough for my first RB ship. I know Ohio is usually the recommended, but I prefer the long range, black ribbon chasing adrenaline rush.
With the slavas AP now getting an alpha damage buff, how does that change its viability these days? (Especially since it now has a higher base alpha than the American 406’s)
