What states are the best places to be (because of weather) in June/July? I’m looking for 65-80 during the day.

I’m from Texas and not sure I grasp the concept that other states don’t turn into the pits of hell in summer. I can see weather now and 10 day outs, but do those states normally stay around those temps for 2 months straight?
