I tore my meniscus

I don’t know how I tore my meniscus haha. but I am a little worried because I love going to the gym and it’s a really healthy outlet for me. I like doing a lot of high intensity cardio. Is there any type of cardio that I can do? That will be easy on my knee? I’m waiting to see a PT specialist so I can get it fixed. I also noticed that my knee is super crackly when I touch it or massage the area

I usually do the stair master

And then I usually do the treadmill on really high incline. Can I still do treadmill atleast?

I like doing weights and stuff like that but mostly cardio. It’s been hard to be consistent at the gym the last 3 months because I also had a pelvic floor issue and my hips were too tight. So I couldn’t go to the gym for a while and then once it got better and I finally got back into it now I have this 😫😫😫😫😫

All advice will be appreciative 💚💚💚
