Curious, but unsure as I haven’t heard many people using it or maybe I have just missed it? Does it help?

Hello my restless friends, I have a diagnosis of RLS and currently use codeine 15mg to treat flare ups, mine is currently intermittent.

During flare ups, when I am trying to fall asleep I get fairly aggressive leg twitching/kicking which is completely involuntary. I understand RLS is mostly voluntary movement caused by the electrical/crawling sensation which relieves these symptoms. These involuntary twitches happen whilst awake, but trying to fall asleep.

Anyone had any experience with anything like this?
