I have tried everything on my end to fix this but the speeds on steam are Terrible, I downloaded a 55gig game on EPIC (I don't really use it much, but was using it as a troubleshooting) in like 18mins. yet a 9gig game is taking over an hour its so unstable I don't get it.

Any help would be so very much appreciated!!

What I have done so far: all steam download settings changes, clear caches, I bought a new PCi network card, new internet switch, new cord, new and fresh install of steam.. nothing seems to help

Something strange: if I change the Duplex speed from auto to 2.5gig it will spike for a min but then drop again and I change it back it then jumps and so on and so on... lol
