What stops me from projecting sometimes is feeling like I could potentially attract malicious entities or be messed with. I’ve heard sentiments that you don’t have spiritual protections in the astral from things that truly want to harm you. It’s like sometimes I’m at war where I can feel the pull but I consciously resist it to protect myself. I’ve also heard you can simply tell spirits to go away and leave you alone. Any experienced projectors that could share their thoughts I would appreciate it.
