Knife started its life as a GEC 781224 woodland Sawcut Richlite.  Unfortunately the nail knicks were so close that opening the main blade was such a chore.  Saw Slipjoint_Spa on Instagram who does blade deletes.  Messaged him and shipped it off to delete the pen blade and spring.  Was going to keep the Richlite initially but after seeing some of his work I was dying to get the linen micarta he does.  I know a lot of you are looking for your first GEC, so altering one would just seem crazy, but for the rest of us who can never leave things stock, I highly recommend checking him out if you want something done.  Was completed in under a week.  Super thin profile now, perfectly centered, no blade wiggle, and love the micarta over the richlite.
