Not sure if any other communities use grain of selim or other Africans. I did see the option to buy from Amazon for $17 but it’s a small package

I’ve always dreamt of the idea to open a cafe. I do understand the market is saturated however my particular idea was very different from the rest and the type of drinks I’d sell cannot really found.

My favorite boba shop is closing and it’s a $150.000 with $3500 a month of rent. I have no idea how running a shop on the business side works. However I’m more than confident I can figure it out given guidance. Hiring people wouldn’t necessarily be the issue, but getting the business up and running. I definitely do not have $150,000 and I have no idea how much general coffee/boba shops make. It’s also right next to a community college being the closest cafe until another a few miles down.

I’ve worked as a barista for years so I’m familiar with the tempo but not familiar with the logistics

Where can I start? How much would I need? How can I avoid failing?
