I’m currently in the process of opening a new club and we’re waiting on a planning application at the moment, so I’m starting to research the different software and platforms people use to run their clubs day to day.
I’d genuinely love to hear from club owners or managers (particularly in the UK) about your real experiences with booking systems and club management apps.
What are you currently using?
What works really well?
What causes the biggest headaches?
Are there things you expected the platform to handle but still end up managing manually through WhatsApp, spreadsheets, separate apps, etc.?
I’d also really love to hear from players/customers too. What do you think of the apps your clubs use for bookings, leagues, match organisation, communications, cancellations, finding games etc.?
What makes the experience smooth and easy?
What frustrates you the most?
Are there features you wish clubs had that would make playing and organising games easier?
I’m trying to make good decisions early on about what systems we build the club around, so honest feedback from people actually using these platforms every day would be massively appreciated.
