How to get promoted? How is impact measured? How do you know you are even proving impact?
Hi, please refer to the subject. I came across a situation where someone was denied a promotion despite going above and beyond in their BAU responsibilities, as their work was considered to lack “impact.” I wanted to understand how impact is evaluated, and how one can assess whether they are truly making a meaningful impact.
