Unfortunately i was not able to reach my goal ( 130 lbs ) due to an intense crisis . I tried to hold on as much as I could but I felt too nauseous so I broke it with plain water ( about 250 ml ) + some more later with a tiny bit of electrolyte.... Ate a big slab of salmon skin on +1 avocado but felt full pretty quickly and ended not eating everything. I definitively under ate today but 9 hrs 30 min later, and im still not hungry. I was curious and weighted myself after my meal and it showed that I gained 1.1 lbs only and 9hrs 30 min later, i'm back at what I was before I ate (131.7). I like to think that Im doing something better than my last 2 fast because last time my weight shoot up like crazy during my refeed.

The refeed is so important guys, keep it slow and dont over drink nor overeat... Now im taking some sip of electrolyte water here and there but I dont gulp it down. Since I barely ate today, I might extend my refeed to 3 days depending on if I can eat my beef liver, cod liver and some beef tomorrow.

Also Im sorry I might post often but writing my progress really motivate me 😉

Before I started my first rolling dry fast, I weighted 148 lbs... and this morning, nearing the end of my third fast, I weight 132.8 lbs ! Very proud of myself. Im meat base so I dont hold on a tons of water weight.

Im debating If i should push past 3 days to reach 130 lbs... Im probably gonna eat a homemade 4 ounce zero calorie/zero sugar flavoured frozen pop when I reach 72 hours. Hopefully its gonna help me push my fast to 130lbs. My main goal is weight loss, autophagy come second. If the tiny amount of water can help me push my fast longer, Ill take the opportunity.

Im refeeding for 2 days. First i drink plain water and then some electrolyte water. Then I mainly eat fatty meat with zero carbs/ low salt /low fiber (cant stand fiber. Make me feel horrible and constipated.) and 1 avocado a day. Lots of beef liver and cod liver/oil (for iodine). Im proud of my diet as I do believe I cover most of my nutritional needs.

My ultimate goal is 100 lbs (im 5 foot) So I have a long way to go...
