Hi there,

I'm starting to look into getting a state job after the recent crazy things my company been doing lately even to the point of having other employees monitoring me when I come in and leave , take breaks etc. My question is what are the actual benefits for a state job and what so great about it I keep hearing that state jobs should be an end goal but that's it no one is explaining anything. Also how does the pay work I saw someone said we don't have to ask for raises ? Thanks in advance
