Hi everyone,

I own a 2016 Sprinter that had the BlueTec update performed in 2022. I'm currently getting a P20E8 code (reductant pressure too low).

I've technically aged out of the extended warranty by two weeks and am about 3,000 km over the limit.

Has anyone had success getting Mercedes to cover a repair under 'goodwill' when you're just slightly past the warranty expiration?
