Infant dyschezia help

Hi everyone. My 3-week-old daughter is clearly dealing with infant dyschezia. She spends a lot of time grunting, turning red, and pulling her legs up to her chest. She isn’t constipated (stools are soft when they finally come), but it’s heartbreaking to watch her struggle to coordinate the "push" and the "relax" parts of pooping.

I know the common advice is that they just have to outgrow it, but for those who have been through this:

How long did this phase last for your little one?

Are there any specific positions or "bicycle legs" techniques that actually helped, or did you find it's better to just let them figure it out on their own?

At what point did you decide to check in with the pediatrician just to be safe?

Looking for some solidarity and any tips to make her more comfortable. Thanks!
