Free open cohort covering LLM inference, PyTorch training loops, DDP/FSDP, and capstone product — May–June 2026. No fees, no applications.

Sharing this for anyone in the community looking to go from conceptual understanding to hands-on implementation.
First Break AI is a structured, free cohort built around a public roadmap. The curriculum:
• Local model inference
• Tokenization, attention mechanisms, KV cache internals
• PyTorch training fundamentals
• Distributed training — DDP and FSDP
• Weights & Biases for experiment tracking
• Hugging Face ecosystem
• Shipping a complete AI product (capstone)
Tools used: PyTorch, Hugging Face, Modal, W&B, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub.
Everything is in the open — roadmap, checklist, setup guide, lessons. Community-driven with weekly office hours (Fridays, 9–10 PM IST) on Discord.
Cohort runs 1 May – 30 June 2026. Already live.
For people tired of high-level tutorials and wanting to actually implement — this is worth your time. Search First Break AI on YouTube for the intro video.

Not a course. Not a bootcamp. A structured free cohort called First Break AI by FireHacker.
The goal is simple: go from zero AI experience to having a real capstone project you can show employers or the community. The cohort covers LLM internals, PyTorch, inference, distributed training, and ends with shipping a product.

What makes it different:
• Completely free and open
• Build-in-public approach — your GitHub is your resume
• Covers production-scale thinking, not just toy examples
• Tools you’ll actually use: Hugging Face, Weights & Biases, Modal, Claude Code

It’s running 1 May to 30 June 2026 so there’s still time to join.
For anyone who’s been stuck in tutorial hell or wants a structured reason to finally build something real in AI — worth checking out.

Migrating from a free or default domain offered by Wix, GitHub, Cloudflare to your custom domain sounds like a great idea, however this step can completely kill traffic to your site.

This happened to my site & I am wondering if any one is looking into this? This sounds like a perfect job for AI agents to fix SEO , indexing issues.

I created a site using the free domain provided by no code platform & started getting traffic to my site. Moved site to a custom domain that killed traffic on my site.

No degree. No prior ML experience. Just showed up.

First Break AI is completely free — no applications, no prerequisites. You follow a roadmap, build in the open, get office hours every Friday, and the community keeps you accountable.

What actually got me:

•	They don’t teach theory first. You ship something on Day 1.

•	The Discord is genuinely active — people helping each other, not just lurking

•	By the end I understood inference, ran models locally, and had a capstone to show

Here’s the intro video if you want to see what it’s actually like before committing:

Next cohort starts 1 May. It’s free. No reason not to try.

Anyone else here done it? What did you build?
