Looking for bike building project TCR 2022 to Chinese frame

I'm currently riding a Giant TCR Advanced 0 from 2022. I really like the bike, but I am looking for a new project and want to swap the frame for a Chinese one. I know the Giant is probably "better" or more safe, but I want to try something else and I like the building process. Other reasons to swap are that my Giant has some scratches en the outer cable management.
My plan is to move my Ultegra 12sp Di2 and 50mm carbon wheels to the new frameset. I am looking for an (aero) all-rounder that handles the flats and hills/mountains. So not a super heavy aero bike but something snappy like the TCR.
My budget is around €1500 (but can change) for the frame and an integrated handlebar. I also really like the idea of custom paint or cool color options.
Right now I'm looking at brands like Winspace, Yoeleo, Elves but it is not an easy search because of missing reviews or super critical reviews that makes me doubt.
What would you suggest with this budget?
Is there anything that comes close to a TCR? Maybe other interesting brands to look for?
