There is a simple recognition that changes everything:

Nothing you experience is solid.

Not your body.

Not your thoughts.

Not even your sense of self.

Everything is movement. Everything is process. Everything is energy in expression.

What you call “matter” is energy slowed into pattern.

What you call “thought” is energy moving through subtler fields.

What you call “emotion” is energy taking on texture.

And what you call “you”…

is a temporary coherence within this vast field of becoming.

The problem is not that we misunderstand reality.

The problem is that we freeze it.

We name things, define them, hold them still—

and then suffer when they move again.

But energy was never meant to stay.

To see this clearly is not an intellectual shift.

It is a loosening.

A softening of the grip.

A willingness to experience life not as a collection of things…

but as a continuous unfolding.

This is where transformation begins.
