Been thinking about going back to therapy, does anyone have any suggestions? I have Blue Cross Regence Insurance and i am not religious, i prefer a counselor that can separate their work and their religion. Thank you in advance! (And if you recommend someone/a center, please elaborate on why, thank you!)
