Hi all,

Hopefully this question isn’t stupid but I’m absolutely devastated. I have recently gotten the Mars 5 Ultra printer and unboxed last Thursday.

I have had no issues until today. I had a print failure earlier where only the first few layers of supports printed but I didn’t notice as I left the room.

I emptied the resin tray and cleaned the stuck cured resin on the bottom of the tank. Printed again and now it’s only printed this amount (view video).

I’m actually devastated and I pray someone has a solution as I’ve been having an absolute blast using this thing over the past week.
