I really like that character and want to draw a huge drawing of her (same image with around 1300×2000 pixels). I don't want to be banned because of well... The generous design... Please tell me

So, I was wondering, can I possibly be banned for drawing other this kind of random line ? I'm not really sure if this is acceptable since I don't remember if it was in the rule. I'm doing a really big drawing and don't want to leave because of this, but I will if necessary tho.
The line was placed after I started drawing, but unfortunately i need to paint this zone
The line hasn't changed for the last 3 days, I didn't see any other line around the place I'm drawing
