To be honest, I didn’t really grow up with Rainbow Brite, that was before my time. (I think I may have known she existed?) But for whatever reason I’ve been on a retro aesthetic kick lately, and Rainbow Brite seems like a pretty cool character, I like that she’s a leader :). Anyways, I’m a comic artist so I tried doing an interpretation of the character, I hope it looks alright!

I don’t know how to make doll clothes really at all, but this is what I puked up with a needle and fabric. I’ll see about getting some trim for the skirt (turned out more like a shirt) and sealing off the frayed edges…

I wiped her down gently so far, she’s in decent condition for 1983! Any tips on finding her dress, or making her one?

Any tips on making her a skirt? I’m not super experienced with sewing other than mending things, but Wisp should have her skirt! So far I wiped her down gently, but she’s in great condition for 1983!

The box was absolutely squished, but thankfully the product is okay. Still though, I’ve never received a box in such poor condition! But this doll is SO CUTE, and the price was really good, so I might get from there again.
