Y muchos tienen peinados bien raros.

I thought Madonna’s debut at Coachella last night was a total disaster.

Remember when I told you that Madonna would collaborate with Sabrina Carpenter to win over new audiences from Gen Z and Gen Alpha, and you didn’t believe me? Well, it happened.

Plus, the first single, “I Feel So Free,” didn’t have the success Billboard expected, so they had to issue a statement clarifying that it wasn’t the official first single xD. Then last night, Madonna sang her supposed single featuring Sabrina, which sounded like just another run-of-the-mill song. It had no style, nothing to catch your attention, and didn’t measure up to her well-known hits. (In fact, I even thought it was a Sabrina Carpenter song—and with all due respect to Sabrina, because all of Sabrina’s songs are a thousand times better than that Madonna song, which is destined to be forgotten.)

Madonna doesn’t dance anymore; she just walked back and forth, to the point that even Sabrina had to stop dancing and tone down all her moves and excellent choreography so as not to overshadow or embarrass Madonna. The whole show was carried by the dancers and the screens.

Madonna looked tired from the moment she stepped on stage; you could even see it in her eyes when she took off her glasses—she just wanted to go to sleep.

Personally, I think Madonna ruined Sabrina’s show, because Sabrina’s show had been spectacular from the very start in every number until Madonna arrived—singing and dancing not at all (just lip-syncing for at least half of her set; she sang live in only a few parts).

And I didn’t feel any chemistry between them, just celebrity courtesy. I also noticed that Sabrina seemed a bit uncomfortable.

Is Madonna's new album flopping?

It hasn't even been released yet, but today one of Madonna's songs debuted on one of the biggest gay radio stations in the U.S. (since Madonna's target audience is the gay community), and we're hearing her new song "I Feel So Free" every hour. (You can find the song on X, Instagram, or Facebook)

It seemed like everything was going well, but many fans started complaining because they found it incredibly boring, bad, and disappointing—so much so that Billboard recently explained that her new song isn’t considered a single, just another track on the album (the intro, the first song).🤣

It reminds me of when the same thing happened in 2012 with her new album MDNA, where her first single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” was a flop, and Madonna’s producer came out saying that wasn’t the official single, that the real one would be out soon and would be called “Girl Gone Wild” 🤣 —and that one didn’t have much success either, other than topping the charts for the first week before plummeting to the bottom of the charts.

Are we facing the same situation? 🤣 Madonna, her marketing team, and Warner must be sweating bullets over the new reception that’s just beginning.

Why has Madonna complained that Lady Gaga copies her, when Madonna has also copied others many times?

We all know that Madonna isn’t 100% original. Since the beginning of her career, she has drawn inspiration from what other artists have done in terms of costumes, styles, hairstyles, stage designs, choreography, dance moves, samples, and so on—mostly from Hollywood’s golden age.

Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Aretha Franklin, Shirley MacLaine, Audrey Hepburn, House Ball, Anita, John Travolta, Elvis Presley, ABBA, Donna Summer, and the most obvious example, Marilyn Monroe, Jean Baptiste, for instance… and the list goes on and on. In fact, many of her biggest hits are blatant copies of scenes from movies, other artists, and even manga (Jump); “Express Yourself,” “Papa Don’t Preach,” “Material Girl,” “Like a Virgin,” etc.

So does that mean Madonna can get angry if Lady Gaga or others copy her, but no one can call her out on everything she’s copied? (If they are copying her, they’re actually copying the original artists who did those things, not Madonna.)

I wonder if Marilyn Monroe were alive, wouldn’t she have gotten angry at Madonna for copying her style almost exactly in everything.
