Title I need to extend my laptop and warranty, and they said 6k rs for 1 yr and in hp website ( care pack ) its 8k. Are they legit ot not ?

I need to get my warranty extension for my victus and I contacted them through WhatsApp. They said they will call back and ig after 2-3 days I got call back from ARM INFO SERVICE Abt this . They sent warranty extension mail and said it's 6k inr for 1 year . But in hp website it's 8k for 1 yr . I contacted hp again through WhatsApp and asked whether it's legit or not and they said yes . But I found so many posts in forums tht ask this , one said he got this warranty extended and other said after payment they are not receiving calls . Any help ? Thank you!
