The rules say that "interacting" with goals is problematic, but does this include just physically touching the base with your robot? I was planning on driving my bot into it to align it

So my school participates in local vex tournaments, but all of our names are just our school names like "SMS1" or "RMC6". Whenever i go online i see teams with proper names. Are these names only for certain tournaments or am i missing something?

I know the rules state you cannot use non vex components as ballasts, but what about legal vex components like flywheel weights? or does this "Break the spirit" and is therefore not allowed?

Im very lost on if a transmission counts as subsystem 1 or 2 and if it breaks R11, could someone give me some clarification?
