PLEASE HELP Handshake AI account banned after appeal :((

Hi everyone, I’m really hoping someone here can help or point me in the right direction.

My Handshake AI account was recently banned, and even after emailing support and appealing, I keep getting the same response saying the decision is final. At this point, I’m feeling pretty frustrated because it doesn’t feel like I’m getting a real explanation or a real review.

I had been working on the platform since February without any issues, and I always tried to follow the rules honestly. The only thing I can think of is that I’m a student, so I sometimes log in from different locations during school, breaks, and trips home. If that caused a flag, I would have gladly explained it or provided proof.

If anyone has dealt with something similar, or knows what I should do next, please help. I’d really appreciate any advice.

Internship/Future as a 3rd year

Third year applied math, CS minor. Been applying to AI/ML and finance/banking internships for the summer and mostly getting silence. Some annotation and prompt engineering work on the resume, a couple non-tech roles, but no big internship yet.

Curious what path people with this kind of background tend to go with. The two directions I keep going back and forth on are AI/ML and the finance sector. Also seriously considering a master’s in CS but not sure if that’s the right move or just a way to delay the job search.

Apologies for just asking out here. Been really confused for a while and cannot keep thinking a way out of this and want to hear from people who were in a similar spot. What actually worked for people with these majors, and what path would you go with?

Account Disabled :/

Has anyone here had their Handshake AI account disabled and then successfully got it reinstated?

Mine was recently disabled and I’ve already reached out to support, but I’m trying to understand if reversals actually happen and what that process looks like.

If you’ve been through this, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience.

For the appeal do you just email the fellow support or there is another way? Please do help I am really stressed and worried this was really helpful for me.

Handshake AI Basic Job 17-22$/Hr Job Tips (College students)

Hey guys, Started doing the Handshake AI work a few days ago while applying to some internships. Surprisingly it’s not that hard and it’s basic level jobs. The pay is 17$ since I can only work 6 hours a week or so cause I have the base line level project.

Are there any similar jobs that pay better and do the same tasks? This is something im doing just on the side, I’m a applied math and Cs Major just saw there’s more roles but they need you to complete a degree, with experience so wondered if there’s any more places like this! I am planning to Do my own research tonight just wanted some opinion :))
