Hi everyone, I’m dealing with a stressful situation on Binance P2P and need some advice.

I was selling around 290 USDT when the buyer started acting strange. First, he kept changing payment methods (Paytm → PhonePe), then asked me to move to WhatsApp. After that, he mentioned something about “flash USDT” which I didn’t understand.

Binance also showed a high-risk warning for this buyer during the trade.

Suddenly, the buyer marked the order as “Paid” without actually sending any money. I checked my bank account multiple times and there is no payment. He also stopped responding and blocked me on WhatsApp.

I did NOT release the crypto and have already opened an appeal. I’ve submitted my bank statement and chat screenshots as proof.

Right now, the appeal is in progress and waiting for the buyer’s response / Binance support review.

Has anyone faced something similar?

* Will Binance usually cancel the order in this case?

* Is there anything else I should do to protect myself?

This amount is important for me, so I just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
