i mean Ivy, Silver and (sort of, but he's more of a monster hunter) Warden sort of fill the niche of a street tier crime fighter themed character but i think it would be cool. Also maybe he could be like The Shade from DC where he also has real shadow powers instead of being a faux vampire.

I feel the main gimmick would he him being a crazy person and a serial killer type who really likes beating or killing criminals while also maintaining morals and principals that make him heroic feeling (or maybe that's too generic).
