Hi all, I recently bought an RCD 360 plus with a rear view camera for a 2019 vw caddy. Installed the RCD myself which works fine and let a garage install the camera yesterday. They installed it, but the camera isn’t working. “Rear view mode is currently unavailable” appears on the screen when the car is put in reverse. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I’ll add some pictures. Thanks!
