My USB drive suddenly became write-protected and how to fix it?
My USB drive has suddenly become write-protected and I'm unable to modify or format it. I've already tried: Formatting File Explorer, also I tried Rufus Both methods fail due to the write-protection Current issue: I can't copy files onto the USB, or move or delete files from it Any write operation is blocked
I use SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0, and there is no physical write-protect switch
Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to remove the write protection? Any fixes would be appreciated.
