Millennials vs GenX is very underrated? (Spoilers)

I feel like this season doesn’t get as much praise as it deserves…. I rarely see it in peoples top 10 favs and yet it was genuinely entertaining and engaging both pre and post merge for me.

It had funny pre-merge personas like Michaela, whose blindside reaction was up there with the best for me.

Had a good mix of solid gameplay, drama and poignant moments, as well as hilarious ones like Taylor foolishly confessing he hoarded food to everyone at tribal.

The tribal council when David made a total idol play blunder for Ken instead of Hannah, the vote got deadlocked 2x, nobody could agree on a boot and Jessica was eliminated by a rock draw was top 10 tribals of all time for me.

Jay was very Ozzy-esque to me looks wise and as a challenge competitor and I was really impressed with his run considering he was on the outs basically all of the merge.

There were 4 solid strategists in final 6 with David, Adam, Hannah and Jay. Hannah and Jay especially impressed me as the stakes grew higher.

Adam isn’t my favorite player or winner but I thought he was savvy and played his idol masterfully and made good social moves when he needed to. He was definitely a worthy winner.

I would argue it’s the fourth best season in the 20’s and 30’s era after David vs Goliath, Heroes vs Villains and Cambodia. I know season preferences are in a lot of ways subjective but I really don’t think this season gets as much hype as it deserves.
