I wanna ask about getting a paid internship as international student?

I emailed double emailed all architecture engineering offices but no reply i belive the only way is to selected 2 offices i like the most and stand in there throat to get the internship.... I need like 6 months internship as graduate assistant intern that pays 1000 ringet....

Shall i go approach in office?

What are usual internship times?

How many days a week is it normal?

Is the internship like real job or is it like u come and fill time..
