Has anyone used JUST mehlman's q bank as their q bank and what was your experience?

I know the general consensus regarding Mehlman's Q Bank, and how UW is king. I'm aware of the controversy and risk with it but I've just had really good improvements in my scores on UW after using his PDF's and YT videos. I've heard a couple people also say that they passed solely just using his Qbank as their primary instead of UW as it sort of trains you for the exam in terms of what the exam is looking for etc.

So I'm looking to ask people who have specifically done that and if it worked out for them or if it didn't and how their experience was

How do you deal with the extreme monotonous life leading to step 1?

This is sort of a multi layered question. I'm a NON-US IMG who's preparing for step 1. I'm studying in a below average country so you can imagine how the quality of education is as well. The issue is, most of my surrounding peers don't take anything seriously and spend their free time/most of their time partying, living their best life etc.

Normally this was fine because I'd have my own social life too but ever since I've started this prep, it's been a massive strain on my mental health and I'm the sort of person who needs to be in a certain mindset to commit everyday so I've resorted to not having a social life until this exam is done (which I know a lot of you will say is unhealthy, but I've been consistent in terms of studying and people around me are honestly quite unserious about life so it may not do well in terms of my prep)

My biggest issue is, how do you deal with the FOMO? I can't help but feel pretty bad on some days, especially weekends or holidays where I see people living their best lives while I'm stuck in my room staring at a screen all day. Some days are harder than the others, and I've got some time till my exam so this won't end anytime soon.

I just feel really alone and mentally challenged in terms of this. I know this is part of the journey but....does it have to feel so alone?

Best way to go through physiology quick without wasting too much time?

I know the go to recommendation for physio in the aspect of STEP 1 is BRS but I don't exactly do too well with books. I'm more of a video lecture person. Which resources does physiology the best in the least amount of time?
