Not sure if this is allowed but I got this app that uses Bluetooth instead of cell service to communicate. The more people around you using it the stronger/farther the signal travels. Basically if a bunch of us were using it at warped we could essentially be able to talk to all of our friends with no issues anywhere in the grounds.
I am in no way affiliated with this app, just tryna spread the word since the more people using it the better the service.
