They dilute their product so you keep buying packages.
They inflate their prices and don’t tell you at the start of your appointment and then hit you with a higher price when you’re cashing out expecting the price to be the same from the last time you were there a month ago.
Sloppy administration. If you buy something on file, you better make sure you have proof of it before they argue that you didn’t purchase it when you want to use it!!!
Their weight loss program is a money grab. A 10 mg pen would cost you $400 at the pharmacy. And that would have 4x 10mg doses or 8x 5mg doses. They’re not nutritionists and know nothing about it. People should not be dropping 30 pounds in two months.
They don’t order the right equipment to use on you either.
Staff coming in and out of the treatment room when topless or in the middle of a treatment.
Too lazy to clean you up properly after treatment.
