I keep seeing completely different advice about Instagram posting times. Some people swear by early mornings, others say evenings are way better, and some claim there’s a tiny “golden window” where posts take off faster.

For people who post consistently, did you notice a specific time that actually performed better? Was it different for reels vs normal posts too?

Curious whether timing made a real difference or if good content just matters way more.

My cat has started licking my hands, arms, and sometimes even my face, and I’m trying to figure out if this is normal cat affection or if she’s trying to tell me something.

It usually happens when she’s calm or sitting next to me, so I’m guessing it might be grooming or bonding, but sometimes she gets really focused on it and won’t stop unless I move away.

For cat owners, does your cat do this too? Is it just a love thing, or can it mean stress, habit, or that they like the taste of something on your skin?
