The Dailee: Student Planner
I hope this helps someone because they could not help me. Horrible customer service. Customer service is everything when buying a product. If you got the wrong one, if you made a mistake, if they made a mistake, etc. I ordered the student planner for 26/27. When it came I realized it started in August and I cannot use it until then. Being a $45+ planner, you would think you’d get at least a year…. It’s goes from Fall to Spring and is the same price as the daily planner for the full year. Super disappointing, they would not let me exchange it. No refunds which is absolutely ridiculous for a standard online purchase (not being food or clothes). I was going to give it 2 stars but on top of all of this, their customer service is run by an AI bot… disgusting. This company needs to do better. Will never repurchase again.
