I was working on a government project but got laid off when it ended. Since then, I’ve been struggling to find a stable job. I did get one low-paying job with long hours, but it’s not sustainable.

I’ve applied for government contractual roles, but everything is getting delayed. There’s also a chance the second phase of my previous project may start again.

Can anyone guide:

Will I get a stable job or project soon?

How do the next few months (from May onwards) look?

Should I wait for govt opportunities or switch paths?

Thanks 🙏

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my situation and ask for guidance/opportunities.

I was previously working as an Administrator on a government project, but unfortunately, the project ended and I was laid off.

Instead of waiting, I decided to restart my career in Digital Marketing and have been actively building skills and experience.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Worked on SEO (on-page + keyword research + Blog)

Managed Reddit communities and content strategy

Created social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram)

Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads (basics), GA4, Mailchimp

Currently, I’m doing an internship in digital marketing, but I’ve realized I want to specialize in Performance Marketing (Paid Ads).

My goal: I’m looking for a 3-4month paid remote internship in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads, Where I can:

Work on real ad campaigns

Learn budget allocation, targeting, creatives, and optimization

Grow into a full-time role (PPO)

If anyone here:

Is hiring interns

Knows agencies/startups hiring

Or can guide me on how to break into paid ads roles faster

I’d really appreciate your help.

I’m happy to share my portfolio, projects, and work samples in DM.

Thanks in advance 🙏
