Hello, for my story, I need some information: how do new Genestealers appear within a cult? When a cult is already established in a city, how do new Genestealers appear there? I would like to know this for my story.

Just a question, but: why wasn't the Emperor put in a dreadnought when he was seriously wounded? (That would have been really cool.) I'm just asking.
